This Privacy Policy explains what information Zorta Hosting collects, why we collect it and what choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Services and keep them secure.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Account details: your email address, username and the information you give us when you contact support.
• Order and billing information: the plan you chose, payment status and transaction references. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card details.
• Service and technical data: IP addresses, login times, resource usage and server logs needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the Services.
• Community information: if you join our Discord to unlock a free tier, we may use your Discord username, ID and level or invite activity to verify eligibility.
• Your content: the files and data you place on your server, which we store only to run your service.

03How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Services, process orders and refunds, respond to support requests, detect and prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve how Zorta Hosting works. We do not sell your personal information.

04Who we share it with

We share information only when needed: with payment providers to process payments, with infrastructure and service providers who help us operate the Services, and with authorities when required by law or to protect people and our systems from serious harm. These providers may only use information to perform services for us.

05Cookies and third-party content

Our website is a static site and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Links to Discord, social media and payment services are governed by those services’ own policies.

06How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as your account or service is active and as long as needed afterwards for billing records, security, legal compliance and resolving disputes. When a service is deleted, its data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including DDoS mitigation and access controls. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your own backups.

08Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first and may keep information we are legally required to retain.

09Children

Zorta Hosting is not directed at young children. If you believe a child has given us personal information without a parent or guardian’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.
